I've just listened to it and I really liked it, it gives you good vibes. A great song to start off your Monday morning with your favourite morning beverage
As an avid reader, what's your thoughts about finishing a book that you don't get connected. Connected in term of "necessity" for reading it, to devour it.
It's pretty disappointing to be honest, I used to push through until the end and make myself finish it but now I'm starting to put to one side the books I don't connect with and sometimes finish them when I feel like it, or give them away or sell those that I didn't get into. I guess we can't connect with all of the books we read and that's ok too :)
No, I haven't read any of them but thanks for your recommendation. I only know the Dr. Mario Alonso Puig's conferences and they are amazing. As you say, he talks about the connection between body - mind - spirit as a totem and provides a scientific point of view to make it more "believable" and "justificable". And what about his voice!!!

I've never watched any of his conferences, maybe I'll give them a look and hopefully feel inspired as I did with his book :)
